All sales on our website are final.  Refunds will be issued to defective items only.  In the event of a defective item refund request, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and request a refund.  Exchanges  will be issued for defective items or a different item within 10 days of original purchase only.

 

We ship all of our products via UPS.  For ups shipping terms & conditions, please visit www.UPS.com. Shipping rates are calculated based on the current rates provided by UPS and are determined by weight, location, and shipping method chosen.
